Just a few kilometers southeast of Šenčur lies Voklo, one of the 12 villages in the Municipality of Šenčur. Explore THE REGION
We are on the edge of a pleasant village surrounded by nature and forests. It is a great location for short and long walks or cycling. Just a good kilometre away you can visit a small lake where you can enjoy coffee and fresh strawberries with homemade pudding at the well known coffee place Čolnarna Trboje. The next nearby location is Lake Zbilje where you can enjoy the presence of ducks and swans while you enjoy tasty ice cream and top tier restaurants.
VOKLO
Krvavec is definitely one of the most popular Slovenian ski resorts. In summer, it offers a lot of experiences such as hiking, biking or downhill. You can also try yourself in the adrenaline park or simply enjoy the clean fresh mountain air and try some traditional food in the mountains. You can experience bloodsucking even if you are not a mountaineer. You see, access is very easy. You can choose the route by gondola or take a car ride as the road is more than excellent.

MOUNTAINS
Our apartment is just 15 minutes away from the beautiful sunny side Alps. Slovenia is an Alpine country with many lakes and rivers with waterfalls. It’s the perfect destination for those who love exploring the mountains and enjoy a good hiking trip.

KAMNISKO SAVINJSKE ALPE IN JULIJSKE ALPE
Krvavec is definitely one of the most popular Slovenian ski resorts. In summer, it offers a lot of experiences such as hiking, biking or downhill. You can also try yourself in the adrenaline park or simply enjoy the clean fresh mountain air and try some traditional food in the mountains. You can experience the trip even if you are not a true mountaineer, you can also choose the route by gondola or take a car ride as the road is more than excellent.

VELIKA PLANINA
You can choose Jezersko for a pleasant trip if you wish to elevate to almost 1000m above sea level. It is considered one of the most beautiful valleys in Slovenia. The green valley, full of pastures and idyllic farms, lies right next to the border with Austria. In Jezersko you will also find lake Planšar in a pleasant location with a great restaurant that serves you excellent home-made dishes and desserts.
LAKES & WATERFALLS
Slovenia has an exceptional abundance of waters. Everywhere you go, you will find water. Just near our apartment there are three nearby lakes you can visit, they are called lake Bled, lake Trboje and lake Zbilje.

BLED LAKE
Lake Bled is a stunning natural gem located in Slovenia. With its emerald-green waters, picturesque island with a church, and a medieval castle perched atop a hill, Lake Bled exudes charm and beauty. It is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors from around the world who come to admire its enchanting scenery. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the lake's promenade, rent a traditional wooden boat called a pletna to reach the island, or simply relax and soak in the tranquility of this idyllic setting. SLAP SAVICA
Savica Waterfall is a magnificent waterfall located in Triglav National Park in Slovenia. It is one of the tallest and most popular waterfalls in the country.
